Cap and Gown and graduation products purchase information has been distributed throughout the fall and is on our school website. Cap and Gown are ordered directly through the Josten’s website – make sure you select Estrella Foothills High School to ensure you order the correct gown.
Graduation products including cap and gown will be delivered during lunches on March 13, 2025.
Grads Photography is our senior photographer. (Phone number: 623-580-4723 Address: 20100 N. 51st Ave. Glendale, AZ 85308) Yearbook photos must be taken by Grads Photography. Senior formal yearbook photos were taken on December 17. Makeup photos were taken in January. If you missed these opportunities, you must schedule your yearbook photo to be taken at their studio. Time sensitive – so do asap.
Senior picture for the yearbook is taken at no cost at Grads. If you use Grads as your senior Portraits, check their website for costs.
February 7 @ 9:30 - Senior Meeting during 2nd period.
March 4, 2025 -@ 10:00 am in Admin Conference Room - Graduation Senior Address meeting with Student Government officers and 1% Seniors.
March 6, 2025 @ 2:30 pm in Band Room - Graduation Song/National Anthem auditions will be held. Only Seniors can audition – can be individual or group – sign up will be at Ms. Holmes desk right outside Mrs. Heinz’s office. Graduation songs must be school and graduation theme appropriate.
March 13 @ lunch periods - Graduation Products (including cap and gown) delivered and passed out in the Cafenasium.
March 31 – All Day – EMCC Senior College Day – Interested seniors will spend the day touring EMCC
April 11 – Commencement Participation Agreements are Due to Ms. Amy Grein in the counseling office
May 14 @ both lunches – Senior Decision Day – remember to get your future plan information to Ms. Pond
May 14, 2025 @ 6:00 pm - Senior Honors and Awards event in the PAC
May 15 & 16, 2025 during regular class times - Senior final exams and the 16th is last day for seniors.
May 16, 2025 @ 10:30 - Seniors turn in the laptop after 2nd period prior to leaving campus. (Flex space)
May 16, 2025 @ 2:30 pm – All students, both online and concurrent must complete all finals in person either with their counselor or at the Learning Center – please follow instructions received from Dr. Sanders when you enrolled in any online course.
May 19, 2025 – Senior Trip to Golfland Sunsplash in Mesa – Cost to students is $15. Seniors attending will have access to mini golf, race cars, laser tag, bumper cars/boats, and waterpark. Cost will include pizza meal ticket – outside food and beverages are not allowed. All students attending MUST ride buses to and from the event.
May 20, @ 8:00 am – Senior Breakfast in the Cafenasium – students will be fed a hot breakfast and those seniors who were here Freshman year will get their letters to themselves that were written in English class.
May 20, 2025 @ 9:00 am – Graduation Practice in the PAC – MANDATORY in order to walk at graduation. Seniors DO NOT go to the Ballpark to rehearse.
May 21, 2025 @ Sunset - Senior Sunset – field behind 300/400
May 22, 2025 @ 5:30 – All speakers and special music presenters have a sound check at the Goodyear Ballpark.
May 22, 2025 @ 7:30 pm – Graduation at Goodyear Ballpark - graduates arrive 1 hour prior to ceremony @ 6:30.
